Who we are
The Pink Fairy organization
Consists of myself , Mike Webb and my Wife Klara, Together we endeavor to help as many Animal Welfares and Children’s Welfares as we possibly can through organizing Fundraisers / Events / Raffles . Some of the organizations raise funds for: |

What we do
I Run Comrades Marathon each year dressed up and endeavor to raise at least R20K – R30K each year for my KWT SPCA .
We organize events for various Charities of our choice to take the load off them and also give them valuable Exposure . We have realized that the true Champions out there doing the daily hard work at the Welfare Societies do not have the time or energy to run raffles/ races / events /etc all the time so we try to take the load off them by doing it for them

Fundraising Initiatives
Endurance Events
Using running and endurance sports (e.g., Comrades Marathon, Ironman, backyard marathons) to raise funds and awareness for animal welfare organizations.
The Pink Fairy School Visits
Visiting schools dressed as the Pink Fairy to educate children about animal welfare while collecting food, funds, and supplies for local SPCAs and shelters.
Border-to-Border Outreach
Undertaking long-distance events like the “Tour de Border” (700km cycle/run) to support multiple SPCAs and animal welfare groups across different towns.
Hosting Charity Adventure Events
Organizing mini adventure races and trail runs that combine a love of sport with fundraising for both animal and children’s welfare organizations.
Creative & Community-Driven Fundraisers
Running unique campaigns like themed evenings, raffles, “Jail & Bail,” and 24-hour runs to generate community involvement and raise funds.
Supporting Ethical Welfare Organizations
Channeling all proceeds to selected charities that demonstrate strong values, empathy, and dedication to animal and child welfare causes.
Our Mission
My dream : to one day do Fundraisng drives/ initaitives incorporating events using my love for all sports and Entertainment as a FULL TIME occupation
At present i work fulltime which limits our ability to help more Welfares .
At present we still do manage to organize at least 8 events/ charity drives a year
Nothing makes me happier than helping others and i will keep running Comrades as the Pink Fairy and doing what i can as long as my body allows

The last three years we have also moved to helping Childrens Welfares and Educating the Children more on Animal Welfare.
I have also become involved with an Old age center outside King Recently and continously try to help the Homeless on our streets with Clothing drives/ Blankets etc when i find the time (and energy )
